At Fusion Mineral Paint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the paint containers are tightly sealed and placed in their original packaging with sufficient cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
